  1. Get to stress before stress gets to you, stress needs just a release “cutting off”, “a long walk”, “cardiac arrest” and “nervous breakdown” are few of the options. Yes, “cardiac arrest” and “nervous breakdown” are also choices which you consciously make by not opting for other options.
  2. Deciding in stress is a monumental blunder, it is better to deffer critical decisions and take them when the mind is in mind. In battles which must be won, mindless decision making adds to the already in abundance anxiety and just perpetuates the chaos.
  3. Courage and quick decision making/implementation  are sure shot ways of preventing or aborting stress. Courage leads to exercising choice at the right time and quick implementation heralds the change or averts the catastrophe.
