  1. Time flies, pains and problems don’t. Pains and problems need to be ignored if they can’t be addressed. In battles which must be won most of the pains and problems should never be acknowledged, acknowledging makes them more important and also makes them occupy mind space.
  2. Every question must not be answered but no question should remain unsettled in your mind. Ultimately it is the mind which needs to call the shots. If it can’t be resolved in a hurry, it needs to be resolved immediately. Mind is supreme not the question.
  3. Keeping distance helps in resolving many issues and permanent lowering of expectations improves relationships. Role of some relationships just need to be downgraded, they are just not worth it and pursuing them can affect the outcome of the battle.

Pains, problems, questions and relationships can be sure shot spoilers, they must be kept under check at all times… Because Some Battles Must Be Won.

Some relationships, quite certainly, Simar. But my question was with regard to clubbing relationships with “Pains, problems & questions” Can we really mention relationships in the same breath? All of them? Some relationships make the battle a worthy cause and some are instrumental in the win, right?

Sujatha – To me,.Pains, Problems & Questions are nothing but a proper subset of relationships. I was writing it in that context.
