  1. In the battles which must be won commitments made are commitments made. It should be announced as loudly as possible that commitment has no window for “I tried”, “may be”, “best effort”, “should have happened”, “would try to be there next time”
  2. Opportunists are usually the one who fail on commitments the most and they are followed by careless. The careless are very dangerous as they have no display of malafide intent leading to natural or planned buffer creations. It is important that we get those who are careless either understand the importance of the battle and be hundred percent present or become a cheer leader.

“Because some battles must be won”
