  1. Panic and exaggeration have no window to operate in battles which must be won. Panic has a tendency  of  spreading like wildfire and exaggeration can be used as an art for creating panic. Tough situations are a natural habitat for panic, the best way to overpower any attempt to create panic is to scourge the ground for data-points and make an independent assessment. Cross verifying and measuring accurately is must to discount exaggeration.
  2. It is important to mark out the habitual panic mongers and ensure that they are never in vantage positions or any such positions where their state of mind or interpretation can trigger a panic reaction. Isolating them and discounting them is essential.
